Fresh news from Nintendo about the two new games shown today at GC 2006.
First up, Mario Strikers Charged. The sequel to Super Mario Strikers will feature you using the Wiimote to challenge, score and win the ball! 12 captains will be available, each with their own special skills. In addition to Super Strikes, players are now able to perform devastating Mega Strikes, where the ball splits into five. To stop this, you just need to save the 5 balls using the Wiimote!
The original was best in multiplayer mode, but Charged will work with the Wi-Fi connection so you can play online non stop!
Next is Battalion Wars II!
Once again, you will be battling similarly to the original, but obviously using the Wiimote to move about. You have 20 single player missions, but happily, the game will feature a great Wi-Fi option which means you can play across the world!
Well that's the news for now. More updates as we get them!
