Nintendo of Europe have nicely told everyone all about Nintendo's GC booth this year. Here's what they said about it:
The venue
Now in its fifth year, Games Convention is once again housed in the massive glass and steel structure of the Leipzig Convention Centre, Germany.
Getting closer
As you can see by the adverts for Zelda, Big Brain Academy and Brain Training, we're getting closer to Nintendo's stand.
The Nintendo stand
Undoubtedly the coolest on the show floor, Nintendo's stand is big, bright, colourful and has plenty of places to play.
The stage
There's always something happening on the Nintendo stage. If you're lucky enough to get picked out of the audience, you'd better have your gaming skills ready.
Live show
Want to win some Nintendo goodies? Then prove your skills at wireless multiplayer Mario Kart DS in front of a live studio audience!
Big Brain game
Big Brain Academy has its own game show style stand where eight players (four of whom are suspended from the ceiling!) battle their brains. The free energy drinks help.
Lounging around
Visitors can take a break from the chaos of Games Convention by chilling out on a huge pile of oversized bean bags and cushions, with DS Lites attached.
Games, games, games
The huge selection of new DS games to play includes Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, Star Fox Command, Mario Slam Basketball, Yoshi's Island 2, Kirby Squeak Squad and many more.
DS Download Station
Bring your DS to the Nintendo stand and you can download demos of games like 42 All-Time Classics and Star Fox Command, plus sudoku puzzles for Brain Training and a special Animal Crossing item.
Mario & Luigi
The superstar plumbers took time out of their busy schedule to make a guest appearance in Leipzig. It's funny; we never knew Mario and Luigi spoke German...
Costume capery 1
There's something special about Zelda fans that unleashes their creativity. Julia Bisle from website Gamelegend made her Link costume by hand (with some help from her mum).
Costume capery 2
We counted at least three Link costumes in the Nintendo crowd, all of them worn by girls. The female fan we met was a whiz on the ocarina!
